This preparation table features a 134A CFC-free, environment-friendly refrigerant and a 2” of foamed in place, high-density, CFC-free polyurethane foam. The digital temperature controller and read-out provides precise temperature ranges.

Featuring a forced air refrigeration system with recessed pan rail, this sandwich preparation table is ETL sanitation and ETL electrical listed. The pre-installed 2 locking and 2 non-locking casters allow the unit to be moved from one place to another easily.
